Originally from Perú, I am an enthusiastic highly experienced qualified Spanish teacher and native Spanish speaker living in South Yorkshire, I have a Business degree Studies from University of Perú and an MA in Spanish and Latin American literature from University of San Ignacio de Loyola (Perú). I also hold a Spanish Certificate in Language Teaching to Adults (CTLLS) professional qualification and Community Interpreter qualification

I teach Spanish to adults from beginner to advanced level.

Expérience : I have more than 5 years experience as a Spanish literature language teacher at high school and higher education level.
I have completed a CTLLS Certificate in Teaching o to Adults at Doncaster College.
This intensive course helped me to develop my understanding of teaching Spanish as a foreign language and to gain more experience in classroom management, lesson planning, methodology and the use of a wide range of materials. I developed a good understanding of the techniques and principles discussed and designed well-prepared activities in my teaching practice with students of all levels from complete beginners to more advanced.

I am currently working in schools, communities, Adult Learn Centre as a Spanish teacher. I also give private Spanish lessons to children and adults requiring Spanish pleasure and academic purposes. I have a large amount of experience in testing students and designing a wide range of learning resources. My experience has given me a deep understanding of the typical difficulties encountered by English speakers with Spanish. I thoroughly enjoy the process of teaching Spanish as a second language, as each learner has their own learning style.
